TODO:

[ ] Identify HTML parsing lib
[ ] Identify Excel rust crate (e.g. the one used in HSH)
[ ] Use this lib to walk the HTML abstract syntax tree and extract the first HTML table
[ ] Transform this table to an Excel file (while doing so please keep other features from the Epic, e.g. styling or positioning, in mind so that they can easily be implemented at a later stage)

Comment from Craig: when you get to reading/writing Excel I’m keep to use https://github.com/MathNya/umya-spreadsheet if possible In HSH we used a crate that only reads, and if we use that again we’ll use another crate for writing, and that will be painful for when we open a template Excel then write to it. (I don’t think there’s any other read/write crates - there wasn’t a year ago I think)
