Column titles/headers truncated throughout app despite plenty of screen space #3425

What went wrong? 😲

When navigating under Replenishment -> Suppliers, the 'Code' column title is not visible and does not become visible when the screen is enlarged. Screenshot 2024-03-26 at 10 29 22 AM

Also appears to be "code" rather than "Code". ## Expected behaviour 🤔 The title should be visible and capitalised :) ## How to Reproduce 🔨 Steps to reproduce the behaviour: 1. Go to Replenishment -> Suppliers 2. Note the column title ## Your environment 🌱

Version: 1.7.0-RC3
mSupply version: v7-13-00-Beta25
Platform: Windows Server 2022 Desktop
Database type: SQLite3

Just noticed on V2.0.0 RC3: Replenishment -> Suppliers and Catalogue -> Master Lists

The latest list of occurrences as noticed when testing V2.0.0-RC4

Distribution -> Customers

Replenishment -> Inbound Shipments

Replenishment -> Internal Orders

Replenishment -> Suppliers

Catalogue -> Master Lists

Inventory -> Locations

Inventory -> View Stock

Inventory -> Stocktakes

Also to the point above, when looking at Inventory -> Locations, the "Code" title is missing from the first column. When editing locations, the order also appears to be reversed - you first enter a name and then a code, but in the overall view code appears first, followed by name. Should they be consistent and appear in the same order?

[x] Check Inbound Shipment (invoice) -> location
[x] Inbound Shipment (list) -> Invoice Number & Reference
[x] Inbound Returns -> invoice number & reference
[x] Outbound Returns -> Reference

@roxy-dao Hi, In inbound shipment the Invoice number and reference are still not showing properly but shown in tooltip Screenshot 2024-06-19 at 12 37 51 pm Also in inbound return Reference is hidden
