When creating a new report its sometimes useful to know how long it took to execute a query or to generate a report.

Describe the solution you'd like 🎁

In the print_report_definition endpoint return the following times:

Time to fetch data
Time to generate a report using Tera (Tera can be slow if doing logic in the template)
Time to generate a pdf from the html file (I guess its mainly the chrome startup time)

Report these values when printing a report through the report build cli.

Describe alternatives you've considered 💭

Just log these values on the remote server. However, the report designer would have to check the logs to see how fast a report is generated.

This seems low value for now- we aren't doing much logic in Tera and aren't making PDFs by default?
