Add prescription report printing #3602

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe 👀

At the moment Open mSupply doesnot have the feature to print Patient Prescription and the report on Patient Prescription. They have a requirement to and need to it be functional.

Additional context 💌

For report printing they use A5 paper and normal printer ( HP LaserJet Pro 4003dn Printer (2Z609A) ). They have sent an excel sample which contains the information on what should be included in report. The excel has been attached.

@DhanyaHerath : Think we need to start providing basic printing for prescription.... Note : I am not talking about our label print.... I am talking about being able to print on a generic printer.

Triage: omSupply repo needs an issue to allow printing reports for prescriptions, then transfer specific report issue to report repo
