Hover overs can obscure or hide data entry fields #4892

What went wrong? 😲

Hover covering date entry box

Expected behaviour 🤔

Not sure, maybe should remove the default hover on every table header? Seems unnecessary in this case. When the column name is shortened though, it is useful to have a hover...

How to Reproduce 🔨

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

There is placement on Tooltip, maybe we just need them to show above/somewhere other than below?

Triage, tooltip should disappear when target is moved out of (not the hover over itself) ? This would be a quick fix
