Reports: Differentiate between request and response requisition #4950

We don't differentiate between request and response requisition in reports, I think this would be needed

Describe the solution you'd like 🎁

As part of the reports work we can add a way to differentiate between the two report types, this will be when reports are configured in omSupply.
