Info Alert in Toolbar placement not ideal #5468

The location of the "Alert" in the Toolbar on a Requisition is not ideal: Screenshot 2024-11-19 at 3 20 07 PM

On Android, it looks particularly cluttered: Screenshot_20241119_145135_Open mSupply

Seems like it would be a better fit in the white space above the Filter and Actions inputs.

Note: when doing this issue, check the wrapping of all Toolbar elements at a wide range of screen widths.

My hot take: it should be gone, we don't have the real estate for it. Confirm finalised button should have a confirmation modal that warns the user of this if it doesn't already.
