iSC/Cold chain/GAPS: the user is not able to change Asset Number once created #5469

What went wrong? 😲

Currently, the user is not able to change the Asset Number once the asset has been created

Expected behaviour 🤔

Checked with @adamdewey who recalls having this conversation with James and the user should have this option available

How to Reproduce 🔨

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to cold chain -> equipment
  2. Create a new asset -> note you are able to edit the Asset Number
  3. However, once created, you cannot edit it anymore
