[ ] Adjust permissions for the Settings page

[ ] Change the button style to have black text and primary colour for the icon
[ ] Add font size adjustment to Display Settings
[ ] Add high contrast option to Display Settings

[ ] Accomodate font size changes
[ ] Replace the Actions dropdown with an actions menu at the bottom of the screen
[ ] Show column management menu on column header click
[ ] Move logout button to Footer -> user
[ ] More button -> side panel button
