User's permissions are invalid if they belong to a group #5526

What went wrong? 😲

If permission is given to a group, it doesn't work for its member user. Some screenshot and videos are HERE

Expected behaviour 🤔

How to Reproduce 🔨

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to Admin > User
  2. Create a Group give some permission
  3. Make your user memer of that group
  4. See (error) the permission given doesn't work for that specific user

I've tested and have logged in using a user which is a member of a group. The permissions associated with the group are working as expected.

Can you retest please @AnushaUp? We will need more detail if this is still an issue
