Allow highlighting tree text #542

Currently we have the button to copy codes, but not to copy the text/descriptions.

Clicking them collapses the tree, and text highlighting is disabled by MUI tree component.

Ideas:

See if there is a way to re-enable text highlighting?
Can we make the chevron onclick collapse the node, but clicking the text copies it?
Another button to copy name?
Move away from collapsible nodes, just display the tree as text so we can highlight it?

To be fair I think this came from Louisa trying to build the mapping spreadsheets, so I'm not sure how often this would typically be needed. I think its a nice to have :)
