Timestamps should show "updated" date instead of original postdate #4

This might be better for evergreen content like the Brunch post so it doesn't look too old. What do you think, @elyseandrews?

I just republished this one since it's really completely new. I'm not sure how to make the timestamp sya "updated" versus "posted" either.

We can do it in WP manually (i'll go do it) but this was more a note for the next version of the site or design.
