emacs27 theme #32

These are the changes to add the minimal emacs27 theme

Hi,

I've removed mostly all references to emacs27 to concentrate on addressing some breaking changes in Textadept 12. This would be sort of urgent ;-) Once this is sorted out, I'll include the emacs-stuff back

had a rough time. Gradually back to 'new'-normal. I found the last headache with the Textadept 12 themes. TA have changed from 'italics' to 'italic'.
