Get Search onto the home page. #2

Right now the search function is only on the lists page.
It needs to make its' way to the main page.

When I first tried it I ran into some problems with the fact that it needs to move into a new controller and call functions that may not be valid with the new controller.

It is on there now, need to work on some of the internals, and also need to get the results to show up on the same page.

It's there. I could not figure out how to get the page to load a partial without changing the URL altogether, so what I have there now may be a bit of a workaround but it gets the job done for now.
