About PDFTK and RCLONE #10598

I was wondering if there were any particular reasons why MSYS2/MinGW still does not have pdftk and rclone packages...

I see you have added rclone but not `pdftk'. Someone has built it for Windows. I wonder if you may do the same for MSYS2/MINGW etc...

Java is not available in mingw packages. You can use JDK from Oracle.

The binaries I cited seems standalone. I don't have anything installed that relates to Java or JDK etc. and yet that binaries works. I have it installed on GNU/Linux (WSL2 and Mint) and on macOS, via MacPorts, and there is not installed anything if not dependencies.

If I understand, PDFTK says it can be built standalone...

In any case, thank you anyway :)
