Provide a basic test case to validate the package's functionality.

busybox-w32 is widely used in git for windows and w64devkit Maybe the possibility of granted this request are slim due to the original busybox package exists. Furthermore, I don't know why they don't share PKGBUILD with MINGW-packages...
