So the first attempt wasn't very good on my side. I have now read a bunch of sources and I think I understand it better now.
I haven't published these keys to keyservers yet, because I want to be sure they're okay beforehand.
Next steps are:
The signature process is described for example at https://carouth.com/articles/signing-pgp-keys/:
Tagging owners of all the 4 current master keys (@Alexpux, @martell, @mingwandroid, @nacho), but I assume Alexey and Ray will the be the 2 signers.
We still need to get those signatures. It was too soon to merge.
