Could you please add Keychain?

it's not possible to run ssh-agent as service on MSYS2 right now so this package will be not added in this time

As an alternative, you may consider ssh-pageant, which is already packaged for MSYS2 (ssh-pageant-git). Then, you can use SSH keys in MSYS2, which are managed by Putty's Pageant.
