winpthreads install from staging broken #17

installing mingw-w64-i686-libwinpthread-git (8.0.0.6001.98dad1fe-1) breaks dependency 'mingw-w64-i686-libwinpthread-git=8.0.0.5906.c9a21571' required by mingw-w64-i686-winpthreads-git

I guess we should depend on all the build results of a package instead of the one specified.
