No nightly installer update since 12/13/2021 #38

There was a core package update since then. Ideally nightly installer updates should be triggered by push to this repo and updates to core packages that require MSYS2 restart and maybe some packages involved in installer creation.

There is no good way to trigger a CI pipeline automatically, so this will have to do.
