Install hangs on `'C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\networks' -> '/etc/networks'` #64

Installation path is C:\msys64, installer msys2-x86_64-20230526, Windows 10 build 19045.3086

Antivirus programs like Windows Defender may interfere with the installation procedure. Make sure to exclude the installation path C:\msys64 in those antivirus program.
