Revert basing the signature URL on the final payload URL #2

This had some fallout, see #1.

Use the original source URL again like before until this is fixed upstream.

Don't need to rush a fix on my account. So far this appears to be a mild annoyance in my use-case (with SigLevel = Optional). It spews some errors that don't break anything, and I guess the worst is that it can't use any signature that may be present because it can't find it anymore.

closing this as there is some potential progress upstream: https://github.com/msys2/msys2-pacman/issues/1#issuecomment-862665580 and we can wait for that to be commited first.

Reopen since my hacky attempt here also fixes #4 which we might need sooner

but it also results in the signature not coming from the same server potentially because it doesn't follow the redirect.. argh...
