Help on: pcre2grep: Failed to set locale C.UTF-8 (obtained from LC_CTYPE) #388

Apologize if not suitable place to ask but can't find mingw64 site to ask help

So after installed pcre2 then try to run, failed:

pcre2grep: Failed to set locale C.UTF-8 (obtained from LC_CTYPE)

Any idea how to solve up to run normally?
