Contact feature

We need to add new feature to the application which will:

• [ ] display contact list
• [ ] view contact
• [ ] create contact
• [ ] edit contact
• [ ] delete contact

This feature should include all of the relevant tests.

For persisting data we need to use localstore

For now we will use hydrated bloc and later on we can upgrade to shared preferences
