Toggle-able button to highlight the DOM element that'll be clicked

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently there is no way to tell which element will be clicked, it can be sometimes hard to tell which element is logged exactly

Describe the solution you'd like

• Create a toggle-able button somewhere (maybe in the popup.js and move out the text somewhere else)
• Similarly as the element inspector in chrome e.g.: add a highlight the element that will be logged

Describe alternatives you've considered Always on highlight, but that can be annoying if the dev (user) is only browsing e.g.
