Show cadence optional with points instead lines #162

Add an option to show the graph of cadence with points instead with linies. Analog the trackoptions in the 2D map.

Motivation: The cadence while cycling often jumps from 100 to zero to 90, or something else. This behaviour is not optimal to display with lines. A graph with showing points can be suitable.
