Improved imperial unit support #172

I'd like to see some improvements in imperial unit support:

  1. Person height is currently in meters when imperial units are selected, should be feet and inches
  2. New start wizard (ApplicationWorkbenchWindowAdvisor) prompts for person details like height/weight before selecting units. Unit selection should be first so that person details can be added in the user's preferred unit.

These are both simple changes which I'm happy to do if there is no objection.
