Allow pressure mbar in Imperial and rain fraction millimeter in Metric #180

Allow an option for Imperial units to use mbar instead of inHg Allow input of fraction of mm for precipitation measured trace amounts. Imperial allows for hundredths of an inch whereas metric shows zero for under one mm. This is for damp fog rides.

The next version will have individual settings for the system measurement parts. Now you can complain that you want to have it differently for step length and precipitation. You will have 6 differnt measurement profiles which you can select in the app toolbar.
