The View Menu of the Tour Book contains only one item "Refresh View". You can discard the View Menu and replace it with "Refresh View". This will be much easier to handle.

It is a dynamic process, actions are added, deleted or moved, as I remember in very old versions there was also the column manager action in the view menu.
