What is the license for source code? #117

Description

On the README, it says the license is GPLv3.0. But the LICENSE file itself is LGPLv3.0? I know the LGPLv3.0 contains a set of additional permissions based on GPLv3.0, but I think we should specify the actual license.

Initial commit also LGPLv3 https://github.com/mt-mods/beerchat/commit/1cc9c228c5c87f02576dfc02e01992c3218a4573#diff-c693279643b8cd5d248172d9c22cb7cf4ed163a3c98c8a3f69c2717edd3eacb7 by original author so I guess it is LGPLv3. Could of course always try investigate bit further.

README.md on the other hand is a mistake / typo: https://github.com/mt-mods/beerchat/commit/5cd4ee8d1a0ee1108fed2b367fa5b56b4f69f478 License wasn't there prior this content cleanup and wasn't committed by copyright holder so license mentioned in README is not valid.
