noclip damage affects nodes it should not #2

For example stone stairs alt (tablesaw stairs) will cause damage when player stands on those.

This is probably because those are dynamic nodes generated after other nodes are registered and it keeps groups so all table saw nodes will have damage group and cause damage just like full blocks.
