Remove double crafting recipes (with the same Input and Output)

How to test: check if the items still craftable (please use moreblocks 2.xx and test it also with flux's 3.0 PR) List of items with modified recipes:

unless im missing something, looking at the first couple deletions, they are invalid, as it looks like your removing the game provided slab variant of the recipe.
