Make (almost) all items translatable #60

Some homedecor_tables items are still missing (https://github.com/mt-mods/homedecor_modpack/blob/ecd67f0eaba2f908d9c6f4d89f8636a55886e818/homedecor_tables/misc.lua#L5-L134)

I can't guarantee that I caught all remaining untranslatable items but I'm sure to have found the most
