Detector tubes do not detect items reliably. #95

I believe this is related to this issue https://github.com/mt-mods/pipeworks/issues/65 the detector tubes do not reliably detect if an item passes through them. At times, it will "miss" items, and not send a signal, This breaks the usefulness of this node

I blamed this on the different way mesecon and pipeworks are kept active.

Whenever my avatar stays near the tubes, they seem to work. I've only seen an issue when I move the avatar around a lot especially going far away. Also when there is a lot of lag.

ya, the avatar must be present thing i have worked around with using technic's world anchor, the lag issue is what is killing me
