Replace biome_lib helperfunctions w/ integrated methodes
Replace register_active_spawner and update_plant w/ direct ABM's

Bushes classic bushes do spawn, but they're yery rare ~~Poisonivy nodes don't spawn enough yet~~ Edit: Works much better since https://github.com/mt-mods/plantlife_modpack/pull/48/commits/ef782ea5e1b0b69b815de72f4ca407f3f9652d77
