Digiline HV cable exchange rate is assymetric #203

One can interchange 5 HV cables for 1 HV plate, and 1 HV plate for 5 HV cables. And 5 digiline HV cables for 1 HV digiline plate, however the converse is NOT true.

1 HV digiline plate yields only 1 digi hv cable when converting back. It should yield 5 digiline cables.

n/m, I was wrong. the exchange rate is equal. Need more sleep;.
