Cleanup old branches from `minetest-mods/technic`

Check if there is anything useful in them to add, and then delete them.

• [x] mining-lasers (changes already merged)
• [x] radiation (changes already merged)
• [x] recipes_rework (most changes already merged, others not needed)
• [x] factory (unrelated commit history, entirely different mod)
• [x] frames-experimental (changes already merged)

Seems to me like they are mostly changes that have already made their way into master, this issue is mainly so we can agree on deleting those branches. (which still exist in minetest-mods/technic anyway)

Done. The only notable unused change I found was an addition of fine gold and silver wire (https://github.com/mt-mods/technic/commit/01b475c7cc7821489ad1fbe2db5ad85bcfcc10f9), but I don't see that being used anytime soon.
