Remove `wrench` #320

Removes the wrench mod from the modpack.

The wrench mod can now be found at https://github.com/mt-mods/wrench and https://content.minetest.net/packages/mt-mods/wrench.

Would it be good to still leave note about wrench in readme with link to new repo? Not sure if anyone would actually read that but at least there would be "front page" note about removal if (when) someone comes looking for it.

Something along the lines wrench has been detached from Technic modpack and has new home at mt-mods/wrench.

And possibly also to CDB package readme (not stable).

Added a note to the readme. Could add a bit more info, but I think the readme will need a few updates for 2.0, so it can wait until then.
