Changes

new evolutions with or without items are now possible -pokemon icon in inventory and details show different genders, forms etc. Icons are from official client -changed pokemon map and capture icons to somewhat better reso -fixed hashkey exceeding RPM -journal now shows whether pokemon was cought, hatched or ran away -allow devs to use app even if kill switch is active

-commented in code as much as possible

-had some problems with GitHub branches. That is why this PR is such a big blob :(
