I have had the map come up but now Poke stops or Pokémon. Is this what you experiences? The message usually comes up about being unstable and re-log on doesn't have an effect. Then when I go to the stats page it is empty. I have tried on an iPad and it gives me a message "failed to get game data from the server". I am using a 950XL.
If it is a locked up account I would expect it to say so.

No, It's ok right now. It was my mistake , now it's working.
