Fixed metric latency unit and logging #49

Moved latency_unit in the cachet yaml dictionary (where the code tries to read it from) and updated logger to show actual latency unit.

I need to configure another CI to make sure your branch is building successfully. I'm sorry for the delay to look into this. I'll get circle ci setup.
