[x] Change add/edit entry endpoint to, under the hood, save the review in the separate collection rather than in the entry collection
[x] Remove review data from the entry collection

Done, let me know if there's any bugs. We'll monitor Fauna usage from here on out.

BTW, total collection size didn't go down as much as I expected =/

Books: 489kb => 413kb Films: 1.41M => 1.05M Games: 2.22M => 692K (biggest drop) TV: 386K => 320K
