When first adding an entry, status is Playing/Watching and it includes a default Completed Date #56

Happens for video games, books, and tv. The Completed Date field shouldn't appear. If you change status to, say, Completed and then back to Playing, the Completed Date is properly gone 2022-04-23 17_19_45 .
