Best approach to avoid losing form data prior to updating an entry? #63

On desktop, I use Typio Form Recovery which works well in case I accidentally exit out the popup window. I haven't found a good solution on my tablet however.

There's been several times where I write long paragraphs, then accidentally touch the edge of the screen, between the popup window and the browser's edge. This exit me out of the popup window so I lose all progress.

suggest adding a confirmation dialog when trying to dismiss the window and you have unsaved changes in it

Assuming that type of information is detectable, then a confirmation dialog definitely works. (if unsaved_changes, then confirm)
