I'm putting this PR on hold because readthedocs.org can only install the package (galario in this case) using setup.py. It doesn't currently offer a way to override setup step (which for galario would require building and installing it using the cmake recipes). So, I'll now work on #188 to keep building and deploying the docs to the gh-pages branch.
