Having an undo stack in the Coral UI would be very helpful.

I agree, undo is a missing feature. I'm not sure it is very simple to do...

The undo functionality is implemented in the core architecture, it's a matter 
of overriding the undo method of each command, I won't have the time to do that 
for a while, but it's possible to do it and it's something that will be done 
eventually.

Of course, if other people will join the development and take over other parts 
I will be taking care of those missing features, bur for now I need to finish 
up on the open bugs and missing nodes.
