Cannot connect to 192.168.1.1:9091 #1022

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable transmission on RT-n56u router
2. Type in 192.168.1.1:9091 or using the Web Control link
3. Another page opens in Google Chrome with the message - Oops! Google Chrome 
could not connect to 192.168.1.1:9091
( I do have a file" Transmission")

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot connect to 192.168.1.1:9091

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.4.3.6-069

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

I am using a Hardisk with Ex3 format, no patition. Am I correct?
Sorry for this but I have been spending hours on this

Hi 
It seems to be solved now
I turn on the Access to Transmission RPC from WAN
Then I switch the Tranmission off and the on. It works.
