Maxis (Malaysia) Settings #705

Has anyone used v3.03 for Maxis Home broadband. And if so, what is the setting 
used VLAN?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade the firmware
2. Go to Advance --> WAN --> Internet Connection --> Special Requirement from 
ISP.
3. The specific requirement from previous setting was gone.
4. The router unable to connect to internet.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Unable to connect to ISP.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.03.3-041

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

AFAIK VLAN for Maxis MY should be 621
