NTFS partition keeps getting errors after many writes (Transmission) #857

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mount NTFS partition
2. Download files via Transmission

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After a while, the NTFS partition would be damaged for new written files. This
can mostly be detected by Transmission where it would state that the torrent is
damaged. Normally files would be 99% downloaded.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RT-N65U 3.0.3.5-058

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
After a while, the NTFS partition would be damaged for new written files. This
can mostly be detected by Transmission where it would state that the torrent is
damaged. Normally files would be 99% downloaded.

If I try to repair using Transmission, it would still detect that the file is
99% completed but upon continue downloading, the error would occur again.

When the drive is ejected and plugged into a Windows system, performing "chkdsk
/f" would display lots of error. After the partition is repaired, most of the
newly written files would be 0 byte even though the file was 99% downloaded of
1GB, 2GB and other sizes.

You must use the EXT4/EXT3 partition if you download files with Transmission to
it.
