It really have a noticeable different after upgrade, upload and download are
the same, but much worse latency.
Will any other component affect the latency?

I'm having the same issue with the later updates. However I'm not sure since
when this happens. The easiest to check on this matter is to use an android
phone and open Google Play Store. You'll see that it lists all apps/games/book
but no image. After waiting for more than 30 seconds, images might load. If I
disconnect and reconnect to WiFi 5ghz, no latency for a few seconds, meaning
images load directly, but after that the issue appears again.

I don't see such issue with 2.4ghz.

Btw, my router is RT-N65U with firmware 3.0.3.8-081.

I just noticed that this report is for other model with much older firmware.
Should I start a new report?

Thanks.
